Sample Grant Mentoring Agreement
As mentor and mentee, we are agreeing on voluntary meetings for professional development purposes.
We mutually agree on the terms and conditions upon which our relationship will be conducted (shown below).
The goals to be accomplished include:
(1) Develop a first-time grant proposal and budget for__________________________________________
(2) Provide honest feedback and editing suggestions aimed at preparing a competitive grant request.
(3) Gain knowledge and skills to strengthen any deficits by attending recommended grant workshops.
